   The experience was excellent, and the customer service was top-notch. I ordered a printed circuit board for a wine refrigerator to replace the one which failed I had watched the online tutorial (not from Ambient, just a youtube video) showing how to replace it. The video said that the new PCB would have a red and black lead wire connected, so it simply had to be spliced to the old one. However, the new PCB did not have the leads, so I had to solder them onto the board. If you are able to handle a soldering iron, it is fairly straightforward, but I had hoped not to have to do that. Might be good to inform future customers about this when they order.
   
   Again, however, the customer service was informative and prompt, and the device is humming along now. Ambient is the first place I will go if I need anything they offer. The price was also lower than any others I found. Thank you!

2. Works as expected, exact replacement for my Whynter Cigar Humi

   Perfect replacement. Keep in mind if you get JUST the board, you will have to solder in the red and black wires from the heat sink into the board. Clip in the other connectors just as they were removed from the old board and you are up and running. $40 is one hell of a lot better than another $250 for the humi!

   Just what I need to fix my cigar cooler....this was the second time I've purchased this and this one was easier to install than the last one. No soldering was needed this on this board and opposed to the one I purchased before.

   This board was not exactly like my old one - it was missing the connector for the peltier thermistor. So I tried it without plugging that sensor in and it seems to work fine. It's been running for almost 2 weeks now and is working good. My wine cooler has an additional thermistor in the cooler and the separate control board, so it looks like it is controlling the temperature off of that sensor and the set point on the control board.

   I received it on time and good condition. I strongly believe that you need to improve the packaging, the product is very delicate and it wasn't covered or protected.
   
   I was lucky to get it working and not damaged.

10. Replaced and back in business

    After 18 months the main board failed. I replaced it and the rear heatsink unit. Took about 40 minutes and now my cigar cooler works like new again.
