11. Broken parts

    I can't tell how good my cooling system works for my humidor because when I received the parts the fan was broken in two places!!! Emailed twice trying to get a response on getting another one sent out to me and haven't heard anything yet! Not good business !!

12. Cheap Fix

    The lower section stopped working so after some trouble shooting help from customer service we determined the circuit board had failed. I replaced the board (it does require some soldering) and the cooler is back in service. It was a simple fix, several plug ins and one solder joint. Now if that solder joint was replaced with a plug in... Ordering was easy and delivery fast.

13. Everything OK

    I had to replace 2 control board in my Wynther wine cooler. Right now seems totally new. I'll move to 5 starts if still works in 6 months.
    The only cons they should suggest to buy the couple if you own a dual zone cooler

14. Factory OEM Replacement

    When I plugged the unit in after receiving 2nd hand the alarm came on when any buttons on the door were pushed. Replaced with one purchased here and works fine now. Processing the order on their end was quick and no trouble with shipping.

15. OEM replacement of the circuit board

    OEM replacement so it has to work. If you put your cooler in the area which does not have a good ventilation, like under a counter, the board tends to overheat and burns out. You need to install additional fans to ensure proper air circulation. I burned 2 boards before I noticed that I am doing a silly thing.
