Missing parts!

Two critical parts were not shipped with the order.:..1. The remote control, 2. Screws to hold the hose into the window assembly.
Excellent A/C Unit, New Locking Hose Connection is Great

This air conditioner is fantastic, very quiet fan, and the newest version (V2) of the hose attachments are very easy to use for connecting and disconnecting the hoses. The air conditioner blows very cold air, and the remote has a decent ability to control the unit sitting over 5 feet away.

The accessory set has a remote control in the picture, but it did not come with one - that was disappointing

The hoses are sturdy, as are the other plastic parts, and now that the hose connectors slide and click into place, we don't have to worry about less-sturdy tabs cracking whenever we have to disconnect the unit.
