I lost my original remote to my old, dependable Whynter ARC-12D, and have wanted to wifi enable the A/C unit, like everything else in my smart home. Luckily, after repeated requests, Whynter was able to locate a working remote and make it available through Ambient. It works! I was able to use a wifi-IR device from Broadlink to learn the ARC-12D IR codes.
