   Took 2 weeks to receive but the remote works. Has a scratch in the screen (used?) but it functions and now my AC unit will function normally

4. Spare Remote Control

   I purchased this remote for a spare, just in case original gets lost or damaged as the a/c unit can not be controlled without it. That is the only drawback of this a/c unit, great unit otherwise!

   The remote was identical to the original and works very well. Hope I will not need more parts, but if I do I will not hesitate to order them from Ambient stores.
