   Admittedly only 48 hours in and the device was clearly knocked about in transit (one plastic tab cracked when I received it) but such a huge difference!! So thankful for this company saving our minds with Shelter in Place going on.

   My window is larger than the included window kit. I needed an additional kit to fit my window. The fix with the kit was quick and painless. Completed my installation and I am now enjoying the comfort of air conditioning for my room.

   The portable faceplate that I ordered fits perfect, similar to OEM style and coloring. I am very pleased with the product and the price was the best that I could fine on the web.
