   The unit was fine would be nice for some kind of directions to install on problem putting it in just backup to make sure it was installed properly

   I bought a new stand alone ice maker and found that it had been damaged during shipment The shipping carton showed no damage, but the ice making unit had been damaged because of rough handling. After receiving no help from the manufacturer, I found the Ambient Stores online and ordered the replacement ice making part. When it arrived I was surprised by the quality of the item. Instead of plastic, it was mostly metal. Also it was easy to install after watching a you tube video. Glad to say that the ice maker is working fine, thanks to Ambient Store and the replacement part.
