   the part is not the exact match. All I had to do was remove thee E-clip to make the proper adjustment

2. Exhaust Blower Fan Motor

   This part is the direct OEM part that came with the unit - makes replacement a breeze since it bolts up & wires up as an exact replacement. It's a PSC motor , multiple speed with good power to spin the exhaust blower wheel. Install 3 mounting screws , connect 2 wires to capacitor & 2 wires to terminal block ( wires are colored for ease of installation ) and you're done !
