1. Good parts, bad service.

   After providing diameter and width measurements, serial number and model number and pictures of the fan I needed ambient stores shipped the wrong part. Additionally my voice mails went unreturned and they did not respond to my emails unless I had Whynter contact them on my behalf.
   Product gets an A, customer service gets a D.
