product is fine, more than what I needed, I just needed the small white plug. it took alot of emails and persistance to get info and tgen finally it was “here is the link to order your part”!

Since I had this item for less than a year, yes it was a gift, I was very disappointed that I wasn’t readily sent the part. The shipping was more than the cost of one product item! Ridiculous.
